    Our family has had a couple of weeks where we’ve had FAR too much processed food and sugar etc. at festivals and parties. We’re going with mostly raw fruits and veggies for a few days to detox. Breakfast was frozen grapes (a family fave) and bananas.

    My little 2 year old man and I are having red swiss chard, banana, and cantaloupe smoothies mixed with a little bit of flax oil, L-glutamine and bee pollen. He loves his ‘juicy-juice’ as we call it!

    my 3.5 yr old had oatmeal, which was soaked overnight, and dehydrated kale chips.
