Even though my husband set me up with an amazing aromatherapy massage and seaweed wrap for Mother's Day, he insists that all he wants for Father's Day is the laughter of his little girls. Exotic Animals Escape in Ohio
If you have been watching the news you may have seen a story about what happened in Zanesville, OH yesterday. Zanesville is less than 50 miles away from where I live (and we have family there) so I watched with horror as this all unfolded. A man who was incredulously permitted to own well over 50 exotic animals decided to let them loose and then take his own life. Ohio Issue 2 Update
Last October I posted about Ohio Issue 2 and why I thought it was a monumental mistake to vote yes on it. Basically it gave agri-business representatives and their appointees the ability to create an agricultural board with unchecked power over livestock rules and regulations.
