One of my first light bulb "moments" about natural health was in regards to deodorant. My preferred deodorant since I started wearing it as a teenager was Secret solid. By the time I was 20ish my underarms started getting really sore on occassion and I would get marble size "lumps" under the skin. Green Chic – Saving the Earth in Style
Here is another green book review for you. This one is especially for women and it was a great read. It is Green Chic: Saving the Earth in Style by Christie Matheson. Basically I thought this book might be kind of like a green guide for those "Sex in the City" types...eco fashionistas... but it is for all women. Lice MD – Safer Lice Removal
Whew! Luckily I have never had to deal with lice. That is a really good thing because generally I am not a fan of bugs. I was talking to someone about lice recently because her children all had them and she mentioned how she hated putting pesticides on their heads. I never thought about that before but yes I guess it does make sense that pest removal chemicals would be in a conventional lice removal product. Eww! A Play Room – The First Spring Clean Project
Okay..here we go....the first project in my Big Green Spring Clean. Well, actually it is my second.
