Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil
In general I am a believer in supplementation. While I do believe that we should always aim to get everything we need from food I think this is not always possible. Soil pollution, food processing, cooking, chemical exposure, and various other external factors certainly effect what we "get" out of our diet. Breastfeeding in Public – Your Civil Right
I think the most important thing you can do for a child is to breastfeed them. It is the perfect food for them nutritionally and since they do not have an immune system of their own for many months after they are born, it is also crucial to their immune health. Spell of the Tiger
This weekend I pretty much stayed on the couch or in bed. Some new bedroom pillows that are way to fluffy have negatively impacted my back.
