Berry Smooth Summer Smoothie
No doubt I have mentioned before that I am a smoothie freak. I am "trying" to cut down to just one a day because I can really go overboard, especially in the summer. I made the following smoothie this morning and it was quite delicious. The Healthiest Kids
I just finished reading The Healthiest Kid in the Neighborhood by William, Martha, James, and Robert Sears. I think I pretty much adore every single Sears book I have read but this one was especially good.
