Here is a quickie treat for you and your kiddos... we had this last night and it is one of our favorites. Of course you will need to have boxed or homemade almond milk on hand and a chocolate flavored supplement powder (we prefer Amazing Grass). You can use regular milk too if that is what you drink. GLOB Natural Paints
Painting outside on the porch is what my kiddos spent most of this gorgeous day doing. I made some paper dolls for my daughter using some Trader Joe's bags I have had laying around for a couple months. After cutting them out I set all the kids up with some natural paints from GLOB. Shopping At Farmer’s Markets with Food Stamps
An article on the NY Daily News caught my eye today about young adults without kids using their food stamps at local farmer's markets to buy farm fresh veggies, local honey, baked goods, and wild caught rabbit meat and salmon.
