We have been baking up a storm in this house. My urge to heat up the oven and make a Pumpkin Soufflé started when I came across this recipe on Balanced Bites. Berry Smooth Summer Smoothie
No doubt I have mentioned before that I am a smoothie freak. I am "trying" to cut down to just one a day because I can really go overboard, especially in the summer. I made the following smoothie this morning and it was quite delicious.
